Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

The official Russian text is published at gdebenz.ru/terms. Below is an English summary of the same agreement.

1. Subject and acceptance

These Terms govern use of the gdebenz.ru website and web app provided by the GdeBENZ project. The Service is free and requires no registration. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of this public offer under Russian civil law. If you disagree, do not use the Service. Users must have legal capacity; minors may use the Service with a legal guardian’s consent.

2. Nature of the Service

GdeBENZ is a crowdsourced information service: fuel availability statuses are submitted by drivers in near real time. The Service aggregates and displays reports; it does not sell fuel, is not affiliated with gas station chains, and does not operate stations. The Service acts as an information intermediary under Russian law and does not create report content. It may restrict access to reports upon lawful requests from rights holders or authorities.

3. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

User reports are subjective opinions, not verified facts. The Service does not guarantee fuel availability, prices, or station hours; information may be inaccurate or outdated. To the extent permitted by Russian law, the Service is not liable for decisions or losses based on its information. The Service is provided free of charge.

4. Rules of use

  • no false reports, spam, abuse, or illegal content;
  • no deliberate distortion of the map or misleading other users;
  • no vote manipulation or attempts to disrupt the Service;
  • no mass automated data collection (scraping);
  • suggest only real stations with a correct map link.

We may hide or delete violating content and restrict access. See also reporting rules on gdebenz.ru.

5. Intellectual property

Service design, code, and materials belong to the rights holder. Map data is provided by third parties (including OpenStreetMap and CARTO) under their licenses. By posting a report, you grant the Service a non-exclusive license to use it worldwide for the duration of copyright, including aggregation and anonymization, without payment.

6. Governing law and disputes

Russian Federation law applies. Parties should seek to resolve disputes through negotiation; recommended response time to a claim is 30 calendar days. Courts apply Russian law; consumer protection rules apply where mandatory.

7. Changes and contact

We may amend these Terms; the new version takes effect when published on this page. Continued use means acceptance. Contact: @gdebenzru on Telegram.
